South America is BIG – and this project was BIG too, taking a total of 12 cartographers (spanning the globe from Canada, Vietnam, Russia, Germany, Fiji and Japan) approximately 3 years to finish it. This is the largest folded map ITM has ever produced, at 39" x 54" in., and is the most detailed map of South America ever published.
