Eritrea is a country situated in northern East Africa. It is bordered by Sudan in the west, Ethiopia in the south, and Djibouti in the southeast. The east and northeast of the country have an extensive coastline on the Red Sea, directly across from Saudi Arabia and Yemen. The Dahlak Archipelago and several of the Hanish Islands are part of Eritrea.
ITMB is proud to release the 2nd edition of their Eritrea Travel Reference Map. Eritrea is one of the strategic countries of Africa. It is also one of the most untamed parts of the continent, which appeals to adventure travelers. It is proving to be a difficult place to map accurately, but we think we have the essentials correct. This is a title that sells steadily, and we rarely receive any critical comments about, but we feel would benefit from a critique; printed on paper, indexed.
